Frequently asked questions
How does Palm Noir work?
Choose your preferred Palm Noir style, upload a clear photo and generate your personalized artwork. You can preview the result before checkout, choose your print format, and place your order when you are happy with it.
Do I have to pay before seeing my artwork?
No. You can create and preview your personalized artwork before checkout. No payment details are required to generate your preview.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Use a clear, well lit photo where your face is fully visible. Avoid blurry images, heavy filters, sunglasses, extreme angles and group photos. Better source photos usually produce better results.
What if I don't like the first result?
You can try another generation or explore a different Palm Noir style, with up to 3 free generations before checkout. Nothing is printed until you choose the artwork you want and complete checkout.
Will the portrait actually look like me?
Our styles are built to preserve the recognizable features of the person in your photo. We also review the final artwork before production, but small artistic differences are part of the creative process.
What formats are available?
Palm Noir artwork is currently available as an 18×24" Premium Poster, Poster + Hanger, or Canvas.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most US orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–10 business days, including production and shipping. Tracking is provided once your order has been dispatched.
What happens to the photos I upload?
Your photos are processed to create and fulfil your artwork. We do not sell uploaded photos or use them for advertising. They may only be shared with the service providers required to create, produce and fulfil your order.
